  • Is Roadmaster Dual Hitch Adapter Class 3 Rated
  • The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2" or 10" Drop/Rise # RM-077-10 is not Class 3 rated because only hitches are rated by class as opposed to any adapter. And for question two, actual weight is pretty irrelevant in all honesty; Roadmaster's engineers have determined the # RM-077-10 is able to withstand the very fluid ride of a flat towed vehicle and its smooth suspension but not the extremely rough, bouncing, constant motion of a trailer and its very basic suspension.

  • Will 2.5-Watt Solar Charger Work With Two RV Batteries
  • The 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997 will be able to charge a pair of 12 volt RV batteries but the issue is it can take quite some time due to the minimal output. The best option by far is the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger - Dual Input - DC to DC - 12V/24V - 25 Amp # 331-BCDC1225D which will allow you to charge your auxiliary batteries from a solar panel or your vehicle battery. I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.

  • Can Vehicle Back Up While Towing Vehicle on a Tow Dolly
  • The simple answer is that you do not. It's not recommended to back a vehicle that has either a flat towed vehicle or a vehicle on a tow dolly behind it because of how short the distance between the vehicles is. Attempting to do so will cause a jackknife that will damage the tow vehicle, the tow dolly or the vehicle on the dolly. Or all three. The only way you can safely back while towing would be to place the vehicle on a flatbed trailer, or to remove the dolly from the tow vehicle.
